The Global Chic Voyage appoints a Dining Editor for Asia

The Global Chic Voyage today announced the appointment of Noor Haddad as Dining Editor, Asia. She takes up the post in Singapore on 1 September 2026 and will report to the Editor-in-Chief.

Haddad will lead the title’s restaurant coverage across the region, including its reviewing programme, the annual list of tables worth travelling for, and the newsletter The Reservation. She joins from a decade of food reporting across the Gulf and Southeast Asia.

The appointment expands the title’s dining desk to four full-time staff. All reviewed meals continue to be paid for by the title, and no restaurant is given notice of a visit.

A region this large deserves a desk that actually eats in it, week after week, at its own expense.
